Registration Fees

All presented fees will be charged in Euros.

Technical session registration fee includes:
- Participation in all technical sessions of the conference program
- Participation in the conference tutorial
- Participation in the conference workshop
- All meals during the course of the conference (lunch, coffee breaks)
- A ticket to the official conference gala/banquet dinner
- Conference bag and conference accessories
- Conference documents and official conference proceedings CD
Student registration fee includes:
- Participation in all technical sessions of the conference program
- All meals during the course of the conference (lunch, coffee breaks)
- Conference bag and conference accessories
- Conference documents and official conference proceedings CD
Workshop only registration fee includes:
- Participation in the workshop sessions on 23 September
- Refreshment breaks during workshop
- Conference bag and conference accessories
- Conference documents and official conference proceedings CD
One day registration fee includes:
- Participation in all technical sessions of the conference program on 21, 22 or 23 September
- All meals during the course of the conference day (lunch, coffee breaks)
- Conference bag and conference accessories
- Conference documents and official conference proceedings CD
For each accepted paper, at least one author must register for the full technical session at a non-student rate, even if all authors are students. Payment of the full registration fee is required for all accepted papers and/or presentations that are to be uploaded and included in the conference proceedings. One registration payment covers up to two papers for those authors who have multiple papers accepted to the conference. Maximum number of pages accepted per paper: 15 + 2 extra pages (at an additional charge of € 130.00 per page).
IMPORTANT note to authors of accepted papers who are going to upload the camera ready paper: When you log in and register for the conference, you MUST use the SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS at which you received the invitation to upload your camera ready paper.
