Bio:

Celimuge Wu received his M.E. degree from Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 2006, and PhD degree from the University of Electro-Communications, Tokyo, Japan, in 2010. He is a full professor of the University of Electro-Communications. His research interests include Vehicular Networks, Internet-of-Things, Edge Computing, and Application of Machine Learning in Wireless Networking. He has published 200+ papers in reputable journals and conferences. He serves as an associate editor of IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Green Communications and Networking, and IEEE Open Journal of the Computer Society. He also has been a guest editor of IEEE Transaction on Intelligent Transportation Systems, IEEE Transactions on Emerging Topics in Computational Intelligence, IEEE Computational Intelligence Magazine etc. He is a recipient of the 2021 IEEE Communications Society Outstanding Paper Award, 2021 IEEE Internet of Things Journal Best Paper Award, IEEE Computer Society 2020 Best Paper Award, and IEEE Computer Society 2019 Best Paper Award Runner-Up. He is/has been a TPC Co-Chair of IEEE International Smart Cities Conference 2021 (https://attend.ieee.org/isc2-2021/), a TPC Co-chair of the 2021 IEEE Autonomous Driving AI Test Challenge (http://av-test-challenge.org/index.html), a General Chair (Lead) of ICT-DM 2021 (http://ict-dm.org/), a TPC Co-chair of Wireless Days 2021 (https://wd2021.dnac.org/), a Track Chair (Lead) of IEEE VTC-Spring 2020 (https://events.vtsociety.org/vtc2020-spring/), a Track Chair (Lead) of ICCCN 2019 (http://www.icccn.org/icccn19/index.html), and a Track Chair of IEEE PIMRC 2016 (https://pimrc2016.ieee-pimrc.org/). He is the chair of IEEE TCBD Special Interest Group on Big Data with Computational Intelligence, and IEEE TCGCC Special Interest Group on Green Internet of Vehicles. He is a senior member of IEEE.

Prof. Jin Li

Bio:

Jin Li received the BS degree in mathematics from Southwest University, Chongqing, China, in 2002, the MS degree in mathematics from Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China, in 2004, and the PhD degree in information security from Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China, in 2007. He is currently a professor and vice dean with the School of Computer Science, Guangzhou University. His research interests include design of secure protocols in cloud computing and cryptographic protocols. He has published more than 100 papers in international conferences and journals, including IEEE INFOCOM, IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems, IEEE Transactions on Computers and ESORICS etc. His work has been cited more than 11,000 times at Google Scholar and the H-Index is 40. He also served as program chairs and committee for many international conferences. He received NSFC Outstanding Youth Foundation, in 2017. He serves as the EiC for International Journal of Intelligent Systems.

Prof. Shuiguang Deng

Bio:

Prof. Shuiguang Deng received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in computer science from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2002 and 2007, respectively.

He was a Visiting Scholar with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA, USA, in 2014, and Stanford University, Stanford, CA, USA, in 2015. He is currently a Full Professor with the College of Computer Science and Technology, Zhejiang University. Up until now, he has published more than 100 articles in journals and refereed conferences. In 2018, he was granted the Rising Star Award by the IEEE TCSVC. His research interests include edge computing, service computing, mobile computing, Blockchain, and business process management.

Prof. Deng is a Senior Member of IEEE and a fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET). He serves as an associate editor for IEEE Transactions on Services Computing, Knowledge and Information Systems, Computing, and IET Cyber-Physical Systems: Theory & Applications.

Prof. Xin Luo

Bio:

Xin Luo (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in computer science from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, in 2005, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from the Beihang University, in 2011. He is currently a Professor of data science and computational intelligence with the School of Computer Science and Technology, Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He has authored or coauthored over 200 papers (including over 70 IEEE transactions papers) in the areas of his interests. His research interests include big data analysis and intelligent control. Dr. Luo was the recipient of the Outstanding AE Award from IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica in 2020. He is currently serving as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems and IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica.
