Camera-ready Instructions

Step 1 - Log into ASSYST to set your profile

If you have not used the ASSYST paper submission system before, please go to the following webpage to set up your profile first: CLICK HERE.

If you are a previous user but do not remember your password: CLICK HERE.

IMPORTANT: If you are only one of the co-authors who is NOT responsible for uploading the accepted paper, you will still have to set your profile BEFORE the camera- ready deadline otherwise you may not be listed among the co-authors in the proceedings.


Step 2 - Register for the conference at a NON-STUDENT rate

Please go to the Registration section of the conference website and use the online registration link to register for the conference.

IMPORTANT: For each accepted paper, at least one author must register for the respective event at A NON-STUDENT rate, even if all authors are students. One registration payment covers up to two papers for those authors who have multiple papers accepted to the conference.


Step 3 - Upload your paper to ASSYST by 16 July 2010

To complete the process and upload your camera-ready paper, please go to the URL below. Log in with your credentials that you have set up in Step 1 and upload your paper.

IMPORTANT: When finishing the camera-ready upload, please make sure that your co-authors are listed in the same order as they appear in the file.

Formatting Instructions

Camera-ready papers must be formatted according to the LNICST style instructions (carefully read the readme file for further information) and should not exceed 15 pages in length for full papers or 8 pages for short papers. LNICST templates are available for both LaTeX and MS Word. All papers must be submitted in ZIP format including both the source file (LaTeX or MS Word) and the PDF.

All papers failing to meet the formatting guidelines can be excluded from the conference proceedings.

NOTICE! Authors can extend their 15-page full papers by 2 pages at an additional cost of 130 euros.
